3D Modeling and Texturing
Using 3DS Max and Photoshop
Here is what my original character model looked like front and back without the texturing that we did later. Using the NURMS modifier which smooths out the edges smooth.
After Texturing
Here is my model that I used without (NURMS on), using the unwrap UVW modifier we can lay out the polygons and use photoshop to add and edit textures as seen below.
